Simple Search: Searches all pages containing the
words you have entered. Write the words in the text box and press go.

of our search options are case-insensitive)
Advanced Search: (Click on Advanced
Search to go to the advanced search page) The advanced search page provides the option of specifying
several combinations of input data.
With all of the words:
To search pages which contain both the words, Indianpetro as well as
Industry, both
appearing adjacent to each other or apart from each other.
With the exact
phrase:
To search pages that contain the exact phrase Indianpetro
industry
With at least one of the words:
To search pages that contain any of the words "Indianpetro
or industry, or both of them together.
Without the words:
You can combine this option with any of the above options to
restrict your search result. For example, you can specify the
following combination to find pages that contain the exact
phrase Indianpetro industry, but do not contain the
word ministry.

Appearing in the
You can specify the order in which the
search result should be displayed. This option searches the result in
the form of detailed content or headline for each section viz. News, Newsclips, Report etc.
Sort By
You can specify the order in which
the search result should be displayed. This option orders the result
in relevance-wise or date-wise separately for each section. In
relevance-wise search, result would appear in accordance to the
maximum number of time the search word is present in each item. In
date-wise search, result would appear in accordance to the date.
Page Size
This option allows you to specify
the number of search results to be displayed on search page.

This option
allows you to restrict the search to a particular section. For
example, to find NELP IV reports, enter the words NELP IV in the text field corresponding
to "with all the words", select
"reports" from the drop down menu as the one above and
then click the search button on the "advanced search
page".

To search for your
words in the pages uploaded in the last one week click on the radio
button like the one below before clicking on the search button.
To search for your words in the
pages uploaded between 14-Jan-2002 and 24-Feb-2003, click on the button
"Or between dates" and select the
appropriate dates. This allows you to search within a specific date
frame if you have a fair idea of the day, week or month when the
article appeared on this website.
